- Develop and manage effective Regional Marketing and Sales Strategies
- Discover and grow profitable business opportunities with new customers and products.
- Create, safeguard, and oversee the current customer portfolio and designated Regional Contacts.
- Guarantee complete dedication to the Sales Department Charter, ensuring the accomplishment of all goals and objectives
- Build / maintain excellent relationships with customers
- Fully commit to the Sales Management Systems and Procedures to ensure high standards of service for both external and internal customers.
- Liaise with and maintain regular contact with the Sales Director on area sales opportunities and other related issues.
- Plan and Track personal Sales Activity (call visits / video conference) to maximise effective use of time.
- Develop and maintain relationships internally e.g. Credit Control, Procurement, EHS etc.
- Carry out additional duties requested by your manager or Director.
- Experience in a similar role within the Plant Hire Industry and a proven track record of achieving sales targets consistently in a competitive and high-pressure environment.
- Highly organised and strong administration skills.

- Must be able to work to a tight schedule and reliably see-through tasks to completion.
